2. Products and Services
- Digital Products: Software licenses, activation keys, and digital downloads. These are delivered electronically by email immediately after purchase or within a few hours.
- Hardware Products: Devices such as laptops, PCs, accessories, and components. These are shipped physically to the delivery address provided at checkout.
3. Orders and Payments
- All prices on AcroStore.com are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. For digital goods, delivery is usually instant; for hardware, delivery time depends on shipping destination.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability.
4. Delivery
- Digital Products: Delivered electronically via email with license key and download instructions. Delivery is considered complete once the product email is sent.
- Hardware Products: Shipped with tracking information. Delivery times vary by region, but we aim to dispatch all hardware within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Digital Products: Due to their electronic nature, all sales of software licenses and digital downloads are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the product key is delivered.
- Hardware Products: May be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Defective Hardware: If a hardware product is defective or does not function as described, you must notify us at support@acrostore.com within 14 days. We will provide instructions for return or replacement.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
6. Warranty
- Hardware: Covered by manufacturer’s warranty where applicable (details listed in the product description).
- Software: Licenses are guaranteed authentic, with lifetime or term-based validity as stated in the product description. Adobe, Microsoft, and other third-party warranties apply as per their official terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AcroStore.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by product use.
- We cannot guarantee compatibility of software with your individual hardware configuration unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their systems meet minimum requirements for any purchased product.
8. Intellectual Property
- All product names, software titles, trademarks, and logos displayed on AcroStore.com belong to their respective owners (Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, etc.).
- You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any digital product purchased from AcroStore.com.
